Krishna Art Silk Cloth

You can find us at 261/A in the Karve Nagar area of Pandesara. This part of town is known for textiles, and we are right in the thick of it. Our space is filled with rolls of silk cloth. The smell of the fabric is the first thing you notice when you walk inside. We spend most of our hours sorting through different colors and textures of cloth. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting the heavy rolls and stacking them up. We don't have any fancy showroom or slick advertising. The cloth speaks for itself when people come in to take a look. We have a lot of different kinds of silk and we try to keep them organized, though it gets a bit messy during the peak season. The lighting inside is just basic because we are more focused on the inventory than on looking pretty. Pandesara is a busy place with a lot of movement, so there is always a truck being loaded or unloaded nearby. We’ve been working with these fabrics for a long time and we know how to handle the delicate silk without causing any snags. It’s a straightforward business and we just focus on getting the cloth to the people who need it. Most of our days are spent checking the quality and making sure the orders are right.
