We are located at Sahara Darwaja in Surat, right across from the Smimer Medical College. If you know where the Ashoka Hotel is, we are just opposite that as well. It is a very busy street with a lot of students and travelers passing by all the time. Our office is a straightforward place where we take care of travel bookings for people. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights, just a regular shop where we sit and work. Being near the medical college means there is always life on the street even late in the evening. We handle a lot of different bus routes and try to help people find a seat when they need to travel suddenly. It is mostly about being here and being available when someone walks in with a question about a trip. We have been in this spot for some time and the locals around Sahara Darwaja know us by name. The traffic can be a headache sometimes but being centrally located helps everyone find us easily. We just try to keep things organized so there are no mistakes with the dates or the names on the tickets. It is a practical business and we like it that way.
