The business is run from 1830 Dindoli, on the 16th Cross in Kammagondanhalli. It’s a bit of a way out, but it’s where we’ve always been. The workspace is part of the building here, and it’s mostly filled with tools and materials. We do a lot of manual work, so the place isn't exactly clean. There is sawdust or metal shavings on the floor depending on what we are working on that week. Kammagondanhalli is a growing area, so there’s always some construction noise in the background. We don't have a fancy office with a receptionist. Usually, if the gate is open, you can just walk in and find us working in the back. The 16th Cross is a narrow street, so parking a big van can be tricky. We spend our days measuring things, cutting, and putting stuff together. It’s hard work and our backs often ache by the time evening rolls around. We drink a lot of chai to keep going. The weather gets really hot in the shed, but we just deal with it. We don't have a big sign, just the house number on the wall. People in the neighborhood know what we do, so they just drop by when they need something made or fixed. It’s a simple life of making things with our hands and trying to get the jobs done on time. It's not a big corporation, just a few of us making a living in Dindoli.
