K Stationery & Printing

Our shop, K Stationery & Printing, is located in Olpad at 80 Bha. It’s a simple spot where we handle a lot of paper and ink every single day. If you walk in, the first thing you notice is the sound of the printers running. It’s a rhythmic noise that we’ve grown very used to over the years. There are shelves filled with different types of paper, notebooks, and pens. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s mostly just work counters and the machines we use for printing. The floor is concrete and has some ink stains here and there that won't come out. Olpad can be a bit quiet compared to the city center, but we stay busy enough with the local folks who stop by. We usually keep the front door open to let some air in, especially when the machines have been running for hours and the room gets stuffy. There is a small desk near the front where we keep the ledger and a telephone that rings more often than you’d think. Sometimes the 80 Bha area gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the glass counters. We just try to keep things organized so we can find what people need without too much fuss. It is a straightforward way to spend the day, surrounded by the smell of fresh paper and the hum of the equipment.
