K K Mobile Sales & Service is based in Palanpur Nd Ctm 6. We’ve got a bit of everything here when it comes to phones. On one side, we have the new models in the display cases, and on the other, the area where we do all the service work. It’s a decent-sized shop for this area. We see a lot of people coming in for screen guards. It seems like everyone is always dropping their phone these days. We also sell a lot of memory cards and those cheap earphones that kids like. The lighting inside is a bit bright, but it helps us see the small parts we are working on. We have a small radio that plays in the background to keep things from being too quiet. Most of our customers are from the surrounding blocks, so we see the same people quite often. If a phone has a software glitch, we spend some time sitting at the computer trying to figure it out. It’s not always easy, but we usually get it sorted. We don't have a big corporate setup, just a local business trying to do things right. The floor is a bit scuffed from all the foot traffic, but we don't mind. It just means business is moving. We try to be practical and tell people exactly what the problem is without making it sound like something more complicated than it is.
