K K Jain & Co Llp is over in the Citylight area, specifically in Vaishali Flats. We are on the third floor, room 302. If you are looking for us, we are right near Raj Tilak Apartment. Citylight is a pretty decent part of Surat, though parking can be a bit of a headache during the busy hours. The building is older, so it has that lived-in feel which we actually like. It’s not one of those glass towers where everything feels cold. Our office is just a place where we sit down and handle the accounts and the legal side of things. We’ve got some desks, a lot of files, and a kettle that’s almost always on. You can hear the city noise from the balcony, but once the windows are shut, it’s quiet enough to focus. People usually find us because they know the landmark nearby. We don’t spend a lot of time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. It’s functional. We keep the place clean and our papers in order, which is what matters for the kind of work we do here. The staff mostly lives nearby, so we don’t have those massive commutes that people in bigger cities talk about. It’s just a regular local office where we get our work done day after day. We like being part of the Surat community here and seeing the familiar faces around the apartment complex.
