K G N The Mobile Shop is tucked away in Surat at the 31st Cross, Corporation Layout, 4th T Block, number 4. It’s a bit of a specific address to find, but once you’re here, you’ll see we have plenty of mobile stuff. We’ve been operating out of this block for a while now. The shop is small and simple. We don't have a lot of staff, usually just us owners taking turns. We spend our time selling phones, fixing broken parts, and looking for parts that people need. It’s not a polished showroom by any means. There are boxes in the corners and the counter is well-used. We like the layout of this neighborhood; it feels like a real community. Most of our customers live just a few streets away. We try to be helpful without making a big deal out of it. If someone has a problem with their device, we take a look and see what can be done. It's an honest day's work for us. The 31st Cross area is usually busy, so there’s always noise from the street. We don't mind it much. We just keep the shop open and wait for the next person to come in. It’s just a regular mobile shop doing regular business every day. We don't have fancy websites, just this physical spot where we work.
