You’ll find us at Athwa Gates, inside Babubhai Chambers at room 205. We are right near the Athwa Gate Circle, which is one of those places in Surat that is always busy. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the traffic moving around the circle. It’s a lot of stairs if the lift is acting up, but it keeps us moving. Joy N Joy Tours & Travels is basically just a few of us working in a regular office space. We have some desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of notebooks where we scribble down details. It’s not a fancy travel agency with bright lights or big screens. We prefer it this way. It’s more relaxed. People come up, sit down, and we talk through their trip options. Sometimes we spend a long time just chatting about which route is better or which time of day is less crowded for travel. We’ve seen the city change a lot from our window over the years. The office gets some good light in the mornings. We don't have any big corporate rules about how to talk to people. We just treat everyone like a neighbor who needs a hand with their tickets. If the phone is busy, people just wait a minute or call back. It’s a steady, local way of doing things. We keep the kettle going and just handle the daily work as it comes through.
