We are located at 103 Wilson Tower on Ghoddod Road. If you know Surat at all, you know this area is always moving. We are right opposite Abhinandan Market and just behind Agarwal Vadi. It’s a handy place to be because everything is close. At Joinerr Architects, we spend most of our hours looking at blueprints or talking about materials. It’s a lot of practical stuff, really. We don’t go for big talk. Instead, we just focus on the drawings and the measurements. The office gets a bit messy sometimes with all the samples of wood and tiles lying around, but that’s how we work. Being on the first floor makes it easy for people to find us. Most days, we are just working through the technical parts of building something. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we set up here. Ghoddod Road is always crowded, so finding a parking spot can be a bit of a headache sometimes. But once you’re inside, it’s quiet enough to get some real work done. We handle the paperwork, the site plans, and all those small details that people often forget about. It’s just what we do for a living. Some days are long, especially when deadlines are coming up, but we like the pace. Being right behind Agarwal Vadi gives us a good landmark when people are trying to find the building for the first time. It is a solid building and we have enough room for our drafting tables and a few chairs for visitors. We just keep at it every day.
