Our shop is number three on Kshetrapal Road, right near the Majura Gate. It’s a good location because we are right opposite the Jain Temple, which is a very quiet and nice spot compared to the busy street outside. We are also near Kailash Nagar and Sorathiya Wadi, so we get people from all those spots. The office is small but we keep it tidy enough for people to come in and sit for a chat about their plans. We do a lot of tour planning, mostly for families who want to visit temples or go on a short vacation during the holidays. We’ve been here in this part of Surat for a long time, so we know the people and what they usually look for in a trip. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls; it’s just a regular shop with a couple of fans and some old wooden furniture. We spend our days making sure the bus bookings are solid and the hotel rooms are actually reserved like they should be. Sometimes people just stop by to ask for directions or to say hello because they’ve used us before. It’s a friendly atmosphere. We don't use a lot of fancy words or try to sell people things they don't need. We just listen to what they want and try to find a way to make it work. The street outside can get a bit loud, but inside it’s usually just us.
