We are located inside the Raghukul Textile Market at shop F 3701. To get up to us, you usually have to use Lift Number 24, which can involve a bit of a wait when the market is at its busiest in the morning. The Ring Road area is the main center for the textile trade here and it is always full of energy. Our space is mostly taken up by heavy boxes and rolls of fabric that are ready to be shipped out. It is not really a showroom; it is more like a small hub where we handle the logistics of moving goods. The walls have clipboards and shipping schedules hanging on them. It can get a bit cramped when a new shipment arrives, but we have learned how to stack the boxes pretty high. We deal with a lot of paperwork every single day to make sure the right items go to the right places. The air in the market has that very specific smell of new cloth and a little bit of dust. Our team is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from packing boxes to answering the phone. We do not have any fancy office furniture, just the basic stuff we need to get our work done. Sometimes we stay late into the evening when there is a big order that needs to catch a transport truck. It is hard work being in the middle of Raghukul.
