Jaya Tours

We are located over at Aalishan Enclave, specifically in unit F-15. It’s right on the Adajan Hazira Road, just across from Star Bazar. It’s a pretty good spot because everyone knows where the bazar is, so we don't have to give long directions. Jaya Tours is just a small operation. We don't have a massive team or anything like that. It's mostly just us answering the phone and trying to organize trips for people. The office is quiet most mornings until the sun gets high and people start moving around. We have some maps on the wall that are a bit curled at the edges and a few computers that have seen better days. We started this because we liked seeing different places, and now it’s just our daily job. We deal with all sorts of requests, from short weekend trips to longer ones. We don’t have a fancy waiting room with leather sofas or coffee machines. You just come in, sit down on a plastic chair, and we talk about where you want to go. It’s straightforward. Sometimes we get stuck with paperwork for hours and the desk gets buried in forms. The area around here is nice, though. Adajan is always active and has a lot of life. We’ve been here long enough that the shopkeepers nearby are all friends of ours. We aren't a big chain, just a local Surat business trying to keep things moving. We try to be helpful when people ask questions about hotels or trains. That's really all there is to it.
