We've been here at Plot No. F-5 in Vighneshwar Estate for a while now. It's right near Gandhi Smruti Bhavan in Nanpura, which makes it easy for folks to find us when they need to drop off documents or just talk. Jay Mehta started this because he saw people struggling with all the legalities and paperwork that comes with property. It's just a few of us in the office. Most mornings start with sorting through files and answering the phone that never seems to stop ringing. The area gets a bit busy during the day, but we like being in this part of town. We handle a lot of different things, mostly helping people figure out what they need to do next with their land or apartments. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with blueprints and folders everywhere, but we know where everything is. It’s not fancy here. We have some old chairs and a desk that’s seen better days, but it works for what we do. We spend a lot of time talking to people about their plans. Most of our day is spent reading through fine print or walking over to nearby offices to get things stamped. It's honest work and it keeps us busy. We don't have a big sign outside, just the usual name on the door. If you are coming by, look for the estate near the bhavan. We're usually there until the sun goes down, trying to get through the stack of papers on the desk.
