Jay Mata Ji Mobile is located at Parvat Shakti Sadan on Lamington Road 1. If you know anything about Lamington Road, you know it’s the place to go for electronics. There are hundreds of shops around here, but we’ve been in this spot for a long time. It’s a very competitive area, but we have our own regular customers who come to us from all over. We mostly specialize in parts and quick repairs. Since we are right in the heart of the electronics market, we can get almost any part we need within minutes. That makes things easier for us and faster for the customers. The shop is usually packed with boxes of screens, batteries, and small components. It’s a bit of a squeeze to get inside sometimes, but that’s the way it is on this road. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or comfortable seating. Most people just drop their phone off, go for a walk to look at other shops, and come back an hour later. We’re used to the fast pace. It’s just me and my brothers working here. We’ve learned everything we know about phones just by doing it every day for years. We handle everything from basic software glitches to complicated hardware fixes. It’s loud, it’s busy, and there’s always something going on outside our door. We’re just one of the many small businesses making a living on this famous street and we enjoy it.
