Jay Mahakali Stores

Jay Mahakali Stores is our little shop at Shop No-22 in the Ajanta Row House complex. We are on Pal Gam Road, right in the Palanpur Jakat Naka area of Surat. If you’re driving by, we are directly opposite the CNG pump, so it’s pretty hard to miss. We’ve been in this part of 395009 for quite a while now. The shop is small, but we try to keep all the essentials that people in the row houses need. It’s mostly just me and sometimes my wife helping out when it gets busy. We sell everything from snacks to cleaning supplies. The road outside can get quite dusty with all the cars going to the pump, but we keep the inside as clean as we can. It’s a quiet life mostly, just waiting for the evening rush when people come home from work. We know most of the people who live in Ajanta Row House by name. We don’t do any big promotions or fancy signs. The sign we have is old but it does the job. Running a store like this in Surat means you see the city growing around you. We just stick to our routine, opening up early and closing late. It’s a practical business, just providing what the local neighborhood asks for every day. We don't overthink it, we just keep the shelves full and the door open for everyone.
