If you are around Nana Varaccha, you might have seen Jay Dvarkadhish Travels in the Shree Sardar Patel Shopping Center. We are on Varachha Road, near the Matru Shakti area. It’s a lively part of Surat, and we’ve been part of it for a good bit now. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle travel arrangements. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights, just the name on the door and our desks inside. The 395006 area is a busy hub, so there is always someone coming in to ask about ticket rates or bus timings. We spend our day mostly on the computer or talking to people who walk in. It’s nice because we get to hear where everyone is going. Sometimes we have to deal with cancellations or changes, which is just part of the travel business. We don't try to make it sound more exciting than it is. It’s just work. The shopping center is a good place to be because there are always people around. We know most of the other shop owners nearby. It feels like a small community even though Surat is a big city. We just stay focused on making sure the bookings are right. It’s a steady routine and we’ve gotten pretty used to the pace of things here in Nana Varaccha. We just open up, do the work, and head home after the last customer leaves.
