JAY Bajarang Mobile

JAY Bajarang Mobile is located at Udhna New Thippasandra 9. It’s a small shop, but we try to make the most of the space we have. We mainly focus on mobile repairs and selling basic accessories like covers and screen guards. The area here is quite lively, and we get a lot of people walking by on their way to the market or the station. We’ve been at this location for a few years, and we’ve built up a group of regulars who come to us whenever their phone acts up. We don't have a big fancy setup. It’s just a counter, some stools, and a shelf full of spare parts. Most of the work is done right there in front of the customer. We think it’s better that way so people can see what’s going on. We aren't trying to be the biggest store in Udhna. We just want to be the place where people feel comfortable dropping off their devices. We don't use any slick sales talk. If a phone is too old to fix, we just say so. We also handle recharges and things like that for people who aren't comfortable doing it online. It’s a simple business, really. We open up, we fix phones, and we talk to our neighbors. Being at number 9 has been a good experience for us. It’s just a regular local shop run by regular people who know a thing or two about mobiles.
