J Utsav Holiday

J Utsav Holiday is based in Kamleshwar Appartment, specifically room 12/1801. We are located in the Aga No Wad area of Saiyedpura here in Surat. It is quite easy to find us because we are right above Friends Group Tution. You can usually hear the students coming and going throughout the day. The office isn't anything fancy, just a couple of desks and chairs where we handle all the travel bookings. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. Most days it’s just us answering the phone and checking flight prices on the computer. Saiyedpura can get a bit crowded with traffic, but it’s a good spot to be in. Sometimes the lift in the apartment building is a bit slow, so we just take the stairs if we aren't carrying much. We spend most of our time looking at maps or talking to people about where they want to go for their next break. It’s mostly family stuff or people visiting relatives. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know the area well. It’s a bit noisy with the tuition center downstairs, but you get used to it after a week or two. We just keep things simple here. No big posters or flashing lights outside, just the name on the door and some files on the desk. It works for us and the people who live around here know where to find us when they need a ticket or a hotel.
