You can find India Pride Travels on the first floor of the Deepanjli Shopping Complex. We are right at the L P Swani Char Rasta in the Adajan area of Surat. Being in a shopping complex means there is always something going on downstairs, which is nice. Our office at 101 is where we handle all the day-to-day stuff for the travel business. It's a practical space with a few desks and a lot of notebooks filled with dates and names. We don't use any fancy systems, just honest work to make sure people get where they need to go. Adajan is a busy spot, and we've seen it change a lot while we've been here. People come in to ask about different routes or to check on their bookings while they're out doing their regular shopping. We try to keep things clear and simple. There's no point in making travel more complicated than it already is. Sometimes we have to deal with last-minute changes because things happen on the road, but we just deal with it as it comes. It's just us running the place, so when you call, you're talking to someone who actually knows what's happening with your trip. We've been at this long enough to know the shortcuts around Surat and how to avoid the worst of the traffic when we can. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy enough keeping up with the local demand.
