You can find India Mobile Shop over in the Salabatpura area. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of history, and we’ve been part of this street for a while now. Our shop is pretty straightforward and doesn't have any frills. We have a simple glass counter where we keep the phones and a few stools for customers to use. Most of the time, I’m in the back or leaning over the counter trying to figure out why a particular phone isn't turning on like it should. Salabatpura has a lot of energy, and there’s always some kind of noise coming from the street outside our door. We get all kinds of people coming in—students, local workers, and families from the nearby blocks. Everyone needs their phone working these days, so there’s always plenty of work to do. We don’t use any complicated systems for our repairs. It’s mostly just us and our basic tools. Sometimes we run out of a specific charging cable or a battery, and we have to ask people to come back the next day. It’s just how it goes in a small local shop. We try to keep things clean, but with so many people coming in and out, the floor usually gets a bit dusty by the end of the day. We don’t have any big corporate goals; we just want to keep the shop running and help people. It is a decent way to live.
