This branch is located over at Sai Rachna Society on L.P. Savani Road. It’s a pretty active area of Surat these days. We spend most of our time behind the counters or at the desks dealing with paperwork and the usual crowd that comes in. Since we are in a residential society area, we see a lot of the same faces every week. People come in to update their passbooks or ask about things they saw on their phones. It gets quite crowded on Mondays, and the AC struggles a bit when the door keeps opening and closing. We try to keep the queues moving, though sometimes the system goes slow and we just have to wait it out with the customers. The parking outside is always a bit of a mess because the road is narrow and everyone is in a hurry. We usually grab lunch from the small shops nearby or bring tiffins from home. It’s a standard office setup with the blue and white colors you see everywhere else. Nothing too special about the decor. We just handle the cash, the forms, and the questions as they come. It’s a lot of sitting and typing, really. By the time we lock up, the streetlights are usually on and the evening traffic on L.P. Savani Road is at its peak. It's just a regular workplace for us. We handle the daily banking stuff and that’s about the whole story for this location.
