Himmat Travels

Our place is in the Patva Building, specifically at shop number 8 on Shyamdham Road. We are in Nana Varaccha, which is a lively part of Surat to be in. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite Bhatni Wadi. It’s easy to spot once you get onto the main road. Himmat Travels has been operating out of this building for a bit now. The office is small, but it fits what we need. We have a couple of computers and a printer that sometimes makes a loud clicking noise, but it still works fine. People come in to ask about routes and which bus is the fastest or has the best seats. We know the drivers and the paths they take, so we give it to people straight. There’s no need for big talk. We just tell them what is available. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded if a family comes in together, and we have to pull out some extra plastic stools for them. Outside, the street is always moving. We usually get our tea from the stall across the way twice a day. It’s a practical way to run a business. We don't have a fancy waiting lounge or anything like that. Just a desk, some good advice about the roads, and the tickets people need to get where they are going. We just try to make sure no one leaves without their paperwork being correct and ready.
