Hi Mobile Shop

This is Hi Mobile Shop on the Guru Nagar Main Road. If you know Udhna, you know how hectic this road can get during the day. We’ve been sitting in this same spot for a good while. The shop isn't huge but we make it work. Most of our day is spent dealing with people who have broken their screens or need a new battery because theirs died. We have a lot of different cases hanging on the walls. People like the colorful ones. We see a lot of students and workers from the nearby shops. The floor is just simple tiles and we have a wooden desk where we do the repairs. Sometimes the smell of the nearby food stalls comes inside. It makes us hungry around four in the afternoon. We have a small television in the corner but we rarely turn it on because there’s too much to do. We keep track of everything in a notebook. Computers are fine but paper is easier when you're in a hurry. We get all kinds of phones, some very old and some brand new. We don’t talk much unless someone asks a question. We just focus on the work. The sign outside is a bit faded from the sun, but everyone knows where we are. It’s a busy life here in Surat. We just try to keep things moving and get the jobs done so people can get back to their day.
