Hearty Feelings

If you look for Hearty Feelings, you’ll find us at 13/14 Chaurasia Mansion. It’s located in the 2nd Kumbharwada area of Parle Point, which stays pretty busy most of the time. The shop isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit a lot of stuff into the space we have. There are rows of shelves that sometimes get a bit dusty if we don't wipe them down every single morning. We usually start the day by opening the shutters and letting some light into the room. It can be a bit dark inside the mansion corridors, so we keep the shop lights on even when the sun is out. People come in looking for different small items, and we do what we can to help them find what’s buried in the back. Sometimes we lose track of time just chatting with the people who live nearby. Parle Point has changed a lot over the years, but Chaurasia Mansion still feels the same to us. We don't have a big team or anything, just a couple of us who take turns watching the door. The floor has a few scratches from moving heavy boxes around last year. It’s just a place where we work and spend our hours. We don't do anything special or flashy. Most days are quiet, except for when the school nearby lets out and the street gets crowded for a bit. It is just a basic shop for the local folks.
