This branch is located over at 136 Parimal Society, right behind Jagdish Nagar on L.H. Road. It’s a busy part of Surat, that’s for sure. We see a lot of people coming in for their basic banking needs every day. The queue can get long on the first of the month, which is pretty much expected. We’ve got the usual counters and a few chairs for people waiting. It’s not the biggest space, but we make it work. The staff here has been around for a while, so we know a lot of the local faces. L.H. Road always has something going on outside. Sometimes the noise from the street carries in, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We handle the usual savings accounts, deposits, and whatever else people need help with. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking IDs. We try to move things along, but sometimes the system is slow and we all have to wait. It’s just a standard local bank spot. We don't have any fancy coffee machines or anything like that. Just the water cooler in the corner for anyone who is thirsty. People come in, do their business, and go about their day. It’s just a regular part of the neighborhood here in the 395006 area. We stay open until the last person in the line is finished.
