My name is Harish Shah and I run my business out of 212, Ambedkar Shopping Centre. This is right on Ring Road in Surat, near the Fire Station at Man Darwaja. The pin code is 395002. Being near the fire station means there is always something going on outside, and you can hear the sirens sometimes. The shopping centre is a big place, and our office is on the second floor. It is not a huge space, just enough room for the essentials and a couple of chairs for guests. I have been here for a long time, and I have gotten used to the constant sound of the traffic on Ring Road. It’s a very central spot in Surat. I handle most of the work myself or with a bit of help from one or two others. We don't have any big departments or fancy reception areas. You just walk in and talk to us directly. It is a practical way of doing things. The office has a lot of files and books, and it feels like a real workspace. We don’t use marketing talk or try to sound like a big company. We are just local people working in a local shopping centre. Most of the people who come here have been doing so for years. They know where we are and how we work. It’s a simple life, and we try to keep the business side of things just as simple and honest as we can.
