Our shop is Shop No 8, located in the Doctor House building on L H Road in the Kapodra area. We are right opposite Rachna Society, which most locals know well. The 395006 zip code is a busy part of Surat, and L H Road always has something going on. Our office is on the ground floor, so it’s easy for people to just step inside. It’s a small shop, mainly filled with a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors. We have some charts on the wall showing bus timings and routes. It’s not a polished corporate office; it’s more of a practical space where we can focus on the work. We handle a lot of travel bookings for people heading out of the city. The noise from the traffic on L H Road is constant, but you get used to it after a few days. We usually have a few people dropping by throughout the morning to ask about ticket prices or availability. We don't have a fancy website or a huge team. It’s just a few of us making sure the buses are running and the passengers have their seats. Sometimes we have to deal with delays or changes, and we just handle them as they come. It’s a straightforward business and we like being part of the Kapodra neighborhood.
