Hari Om Nursery

Hari Om Nursery is located on Rander 20th Cross Road, right across from the Sagit Sarita Apartment building. If you walk by, you’ll see a lot of green spilling out onto the sidewalk. We spend most of our time watering plants, moving heavy pots around, and making sure everything stays alive in the heat. It is a bit of a messy business, with dirt and mud always finding its way onto the floors and our clothes. We have a variety of plants, from small ones for balconies to bigger bushes that people put in their yards. Being opposite the apartment complex means we see a lot of the same neighbors every day. They come over to ask why their leaves are turning brown or to buy a fresh bag of soil for their weekend gardening. We don't have a corporate office or anything like that; our office is basically a desk tucked between some tall palms. Rander is a nice area, and having the nursery here adds a bit of color to the street. We deal with the seasons as they come, which means some months are much busier than others when everyone wants to plant things. It is hard work on the back and knees, but it is quiet and peaceful most of the time. We just keep doing what we do, tending to the plants and helping folks pick out something nice for their homes. That is just how life is at the nursery.
