Hallmark Tours & Travels is found at B/801 in Akshar Plaza. We are located right opposite Sarita Sagar Sankul and are quite close to the Sardar Bridge and the Swami Narayan Temple in Adajan, Surat. It’s a very good location, and most people around here know exactly where we are because of the landmarks. Our office is on the eighth floor, which gives us a bit of a break from the noise of the street below. We’ve been at Akshar Plaza for quite a long time. The office is a basic workspace with plenty of desks and computers. We spend our days planning tours and sorting out travel details for people. It’s a lot of logistical work. We aren't a big fancy company with a lot of polish. We’re just a local business with a small staff. Sometimes we get busy and the office gets a bit cluttered with paperwork and brochures, but that’s just how it goes. We like being in Adajan; it’s a nice part of the city to work in. We don't have any big speeches or mission statements to give. We just focus on the work that needs to be finished before the end of the day. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it suits us just fine. We show up every day, do our best with the bookings, and then head home. It’s as simple as that for us. We just like making sure the details are sorted.
