Guria Textiles

Our place, Guria Textiles, is located at No. 141 in the Ashirwad Industrial Park. You have to go behind the Safari Complex in Bhestan to find us. It’s a busy area with lots of trucks moving in and out all day long. The park itself is full of other businesses, so there is always some kind of noise or activity. Inside our unit, things are usually a bit dusty because of the nature of the materials we work with. We have stacks of cloth and various rolls of fabric piled up near the walls. The lighting isn't the best, but we have enough lamps at the workstations to see what we are doing. It can get quite hot in the afternoons, especially during the summer months. We usually have the big shutters open to get some breeze through the building. The people working here have been around for a long time. We have our own way of doing things that might look messy to an outsider, but it works for us. We spend most of the day sorting through orders and checking the stock. Lunch is usually a quick affair so we can get back to the tasks at hand. There isn't any fancy furniture or a nice lobby for visitors. You just walk in through the main door and you are right in the middle of the workspace. It’s just how things are here in the industrial park.
