GOLD INTERNATIONAL

GOLD INTERNATIONAL is located at No-I-36-40 in City Estate, Udhana. This is a very large industrial area in Surat, and it is always moving with activity. One of the main landmarks near our unit is the Swami Narayan Mandir. You can hear the temple bells early in the morning, which is a nice way to start the day before we turn on the loud machines. Our unit is part of the City Estate, which is a big maze of similar-looking factory buildings and warehouses. We handle different types of parts and international trade stuff, but the day-to-day routine feels very local. We have a few rooms dedicated to the machines and a small corner where we keep our records and a computer. The heat in Udhana can be really intense during the summer, so we have these large exhaust fans that make a lot of noise. We do not have a marketing team or a polished office. We just respond to the orders as they come in through the gate or over the phone. Most of our staff has been here for a long time, and we all know each other well. We usually share a simple lunch together on the shop floor when the noon whistle blows. It is a hardworking environment where nobody is afraid to get their hands dirty. When the shift is finally over, we close the big metal doors and head home.
