Shree Sai Textiles (Having Partners)

Shree Sai Textiles (Having Partners) is based at Gidc Plot No. 5403. There are a few of us involved in running this place, so it’s a bit of a group effort. We all have our own way of doing things, which can lead to some long talks, but we eventually get on the same page. The plot is tucked away in a busy part of the GIDC. Most days it’s just the sound of the equipment running and the partners discussing the next load of fabric. We aren’t interested in being some big corporate entity. We just like working with our hands and seeing the product come together. Being at 5403 has its ups and downs, like the traffic on the main road, but it’s home for us. We’ve put a lot of time into this place over the years. It’s not just a job for us, it’s where we spend most of our waking hours. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything. We just show up, do the work, and hope for a good tomorrow. Sometimes we have tea together and talk about how much things have changed since we first started the partnership. It’s a lot of responsibility, but having partners means there is always someone to share the load when things get difficult. We just keep our heads down and stay busy. The work doesn't stop just because we are tired. It's just how we get by.
