We’ve been running Gemini Telecom Pvt. Ltd. from our spot in B-11, Hill Plaza Apptts. for quite some time now. Panchvati is a busy area, and we fit right in here without much trouble. People usually come to us when they have issues with their setups or need something new for their home or office. It isn’t a fancy office with big glass walls or anything like that, just a regular place where we get the work done. My brother and I started this because we knew our way around wires and connections better than most people we knew. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook all afternoon, and other days it’s just us catching up on paperwork and checking inventory. We don’t have a massive team, just a few local guys who know the neighborhood well. Most people around here know where Hill Plaza is, so finding us isn't too hard once you get into the Panchvati area. We keep some parts in stock, but if it’s something rare, we have to order it in from our suppliers. It usually takes a few days to arrive. We try to be fair with everyone who walks through the door. There’s always something breaking down in the world of telecom, so we stay pretty busy most weeks. We don't spend much on ads or anything like that. Most folks just hear about us from their neighbors or the shop next door. That’s how things work around here.
