Gem Tour & Travels (Inter National)

We have a small place at number 17 in Nasir Nagar. It is right by the Ved Dharvaja on Ved Road here in Surat. This part of the city has a lot of history and it feels very local. We have been doing international tours and travels from this spot for a long time. The office is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some chairs for when families come in to talk about their vacations, and a lot of files. We deal with passports, visas, and flight tickets to all sorts of places. Most of our day is spent checking prices and making sure the dates line up for people's trips. It is a lot of detail work. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we have a big group traveling together, but we usually manage to keep things organized. The neighborhood around Ved Road is always moving, so there is plenty to see out the window. We are not a big corporate travel agency with a lot of marketing. Most people find us because they live nearby or their friends told them about us. We just sit here and work through the bookings one by one. It is a simple way to run a business and it has worked for us so far. We keep it honest and just do the work. There is usually some noise from the street, but we do not mind.
