Gayatri ELE & Music

At Gayatri ELE & Music in Bharthana, we do things a little differently than a standard phone shop. We have electronics but we also have music stuff. It makes for a bit of a mix in the store. You might see someone looking at a new smartphone right next to someone asking about speakers or some audio cables. We’ve been here in Bharthana for a while, and the locals seem to know us well. The shop is a bit cluttered, I’ll be the first to admit that. There are boxes in the corners that we haven’t unpacked yet because we’ve been busy with customers. We sell things like light bulbs and small household electronics too. It’s not a fancy place with bright neon lights. It’s more of a practical shop where you get what you need and maybe talk about the weather for a few minutes. Sometimes the music we play in the shop is a bit loud, but it keeps the energy up during the slow hours. We fix some basic electronics when we can, though some things are just too broken to bother with. We like being part of this neighborhood. It’s a quiet life mostly, just managing the inventory and making sure the shop stays open for whoever needs a new plug or a phone repair. That’s our day at Gayatri. We usually close up when it starts getting dark outside.
