Our shop is out at Plot Number I-87 on Road Number Ib, inside the GIDC area in Sachin. If you know the industrial estate, you know it’s a lot of dust and heavy trucks moving in and out all day. We’ve been operating from this plot for quite some time now. It’s a basic industrial shed where we keep our equipment and do our engineering tasks. There isn't a lot of decoration on the walls, just some old calendars and a few shelves for our tools. We spend our hours focused on the technical side of things, making sure the parts we work on are handled correctly. The heat in Sachin can be a bit much during the summer, but the fans in the workshop keep things moving. We aren't the type to use big words or fancy presentations. Most of our customers are other businesses in the GIDC who just need something fixed or fabricated without a fuss. We open up early and usually stay until the sun goes down if there is a big project finishing up. The floor is concrete and has seen a lot of wear over the years. We have an old metal desk where we handle the invoices, and it’s usually covered in grease smudges. There's a stray cat that hangs around the plot, and we give it some milk now and then. It’s a noisy place because of the nearby factories, but it’s where we feel most productive. We handle our own paperwork and keep the machines maintained.
