Gangotri Sarees

We are located on the 4th floor of the Raghukul Textile Market, specifically at E/6282. If you know the Ring Road area, you know how crowded and busy it gets every single day. The market is a massive place. Finding our unit can be a bit of a challenge for first-timers. There are hundreds of shops in this building, but we’ve managed to stay in this same spot for quite a while. It’s a simple room packed to the ceiling with bundles of sarees and fabric rolls. We don't have any fancy lights or a nice display window. It is more of a warehouse feel than a shop. Most of the people who come to us are other traders or regulars who have been buying from us for years. The elevators in the building are always full of people and goods. We often end up carrying things up and down the stairs. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy. We don't really do any advertising. We just count on people knowing where we are. My family has been in the textile business for a long time. We don't have a website or any of those social media pages. We just focus on the stock we have in the room. Sometimes the piles of fabric get so high that it’s hard to see over them. It’s a bit messy, but that's just how the market is. We usually have a pot of tea on the small stove in the corner.
