Ez Holidays

We've been at shop number 417 in the Shiv Shakti Complex for quite some time now. People usually find us easily because we're right on Ghod Dhod Road and practically next door to the Ram Mandir. It’s a busy part of Surat, but we like it that way. Most days, we are just here at the desk, handling phone calls or looking up different flights and hotel prices for people who drop in. It isn't a fancy office with big screens, but we have our computers and enough chairs for whoever stops by. We handle a lot of the usual travel stuff like booking tickets or trying to figure out the best way for someone to get to their destination without spending too much. Sometimes things get a bit hectic when everyone wants to travel at once during the holidays, but we just take it one person at a time. We don't really do big advertisements. Most of the people who come here are just folks from around the neighborhood or people who heard about us from a friend. We try to be helpful and give straight answers about what’s available. If you're walking around Ghoddod Road, you’ve probably seen our sign. We're just a small group of people working here, trying to make sure the paperwork is right so nobody gets stuck at an airport. It’s just regular work, helping neighbors see a bit more of the world.
