We are located over at 6069 Ektanagar Society, right near the Vidya Kunj School on L.P. Sawani Road. If you know the Adajan area in Surat, you probably know the school. Our office is just a regular house-style setup in the society. We spend a lot of time dealing with water purifiers and vacuum cleaners. It’s the kind of place where there are always some machines being looked at or spare parts lying around on the benches. It’s a bit of a busy atmosphere because people are always coming in to ask about their filters or how to fix a hose. We aren't some big shiny corporate showroom. It’s more of a local hub where the work actually gets done. The staff here knows the machines inside out because they’ve been working on them for years. L.P. Sawani Road can get quite a bit of traffic, so it’s a good thing we’re a little tucked back in Ektanagar. We don’t use any fancy sales talk. We just explain what’s wrong with a machine or how the new one works in plain English. It’s honest, local work. Most of the families around here know where we are. We just open up in the morning, sort through the service calls, and try to get everything repaired as quickly as we can. It’s just a normal day at the office for us, keeping things running for the neighborhood and helping people out.
