If you find yourself on Ring Road near S/1022, that’s where we’re located. We deal with mobile phones, mostly. It’s a busy area, so there’s always noise from the traffic outside coming through the door. The shop isn't very big, just enough space for a few glass cases and a place to sit if you’re waiting for a repair. We have some newer models and some used ones that people traded in because they wanted something different. Mostly, we spend our time talking to people about which phone has a better battery or why their charger isn't working anymore. It's a straightforward business. We don't have a big team, just a few of us taking turns behind the counter. Sometimes the floor needs a good sweep because of all the dust from the road, but we stay busy. We have chargers, some cases that are hanging on the wall, and glass protectors for the screens. We don't really do big advertising or anything fancy like that. People just walk in because they’re passing by or they live nearby. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the back room gets a bit messy with empty boxes and spare parts that we haven't sorted yet. It’s just how it goes when you’re busy all day. We’re usually here six days a week. It’s a regular shop for regular people who just need their phone to work so they can get on with their day.
