Our shop is located at 111 in Ajmaldham Society, which is on RTS Road in the Simadagam area of Surat. It’s a residential neighborhood that’s become quite busy with small businesses over the years. We’ve been here for a while, and we’ve seen the streets get more crowded every year. Our office is a straightforward space where we manage everything. It’s not a big corporate building with fancy glass walls. It’s just a ground-floor unit in a society where everyone knows everyone else. We have a few desks and some storage for our materials. Most days, we’re busy answering calls or checking on the work being done. It gets quite noisy outside with the bikes and the local vendors, but we don't mind it much. We aren't a huge company with a lot of layers. It’s just a few of us making decisions and getting things done. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations. If we have something to say, we just say it. Sometimes the rain floods the street a little, or the delivery truck gets stuck, but we just figure it out as we go. We like being in Simadagam because it feels like a real community. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just run our business and try to do a decent job every day.
