You can find us at number 18, over at the Jaishri Jalaram Housing Society. We are on the ground floor of Survey Number 71, right off the Udhana Magadalla Road. It’s a convenient spot for us because it’s easy to get to the different sites we manage. The office is a practical space where we handle all the planning and paperwork. We don’t have a lot of fancy furniture or high-tech gadgets everywhere. Mostly it’s just desks, computers, and a lot of paper. We have been working in this area for a good amount of time and we know the local building styles pretty well. Most of our day is spent coordinating between what a client wants and what the builders can actually do. It’s a lot of problem-solving. Sometimes a plan doesn't work out exactly as expected, so we have to sit down and figure out a fix that doesn't cost too much. We try to be very direct with people. If something is a bad idea, we will say so. It’s better to be honest than to have problems later on. The housing society is a nice community to be a part of. We see the same faces every day and it feels like home. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there, just a reliable one that does its job properly and stays out of trouble.
