Shreeji Architect

Our office is tucked away at No-1, Jai Somnath Society in Parle Point. If you know the area, you’ve probably seen the Somnath Temple or been to the Sargam Shopping Center, which is right behind us. Being in a society like this makes it feel a bit more like home than a corporate building. We’ve been at Shreeji Architect for a good bit of time, mostly working on drawings and talking to people about their building plans. It gets a bit crowded sometimes with all the paper and blueprints laying around the tables. We usually have the fans going full blast because it gets warm in the afternoons. It’s a local spot, so we see a lot of the same faces from around the neighborhood. We don’t do anything too complicated, just sit down and try to get the designs right for whoever walks in. Sometimes we have to step out to the shopping center to grab something we forgot, or we just take a break near the temple when things get a bit stressful. There isn’t a whole lot of formality here. We just wear our regular clothes and get to work. Most days are just about moving from one project to the next and making sure we haven't missed a detail. It’s a steady pace, and we like being part of this little corner of the city. It’s not perfect, but it is where we do our best drafting.
