Diligent Traders

Our office for Diligent Traders is located at Bhatar Char Rasta in the Nizar Taluk. We are very close to the SBI Bank, which is the easiest way to explain where we are to someone who hasn't visited before. It’s a busy intersection and there’s always a lot of noise from the cars and motorcycles outside. We’ve been here for several years now. The office is small and usually smells like the incense we burn in the mornings for good luck. We have a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets that have seen better days. My brother and I run the place together. We don’t always agree on how to do things, but we figure it out in the end after some arguing. We spend most of our time on the phone or talking to people who walk in off the street. It’s not a high-tech setup; we still use a lot of paper and pens for our daily notes. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon when it's hot, so we just sit outside on the steps and wait for it to come back on. It’s a good time to catch up with the people from the bank next door. We aren’t trying to be anything we’re not. We just want to do our trading work and go home to our families at night. It’s a local business through and through, and we like being part of the Nizar community.
