Dhruv Teleservices

Our place, Dhruv Teleservices, is located at F/2 near the junction of Ring Road and Tumkur Road. It’s a spot that sees a lot of traffic, especially trucks and commuters heading out of the city. Because of where we are, we get a lot of people stopping by who are just passing through and need something quick. We handle various teleservices, mostly helping folks with their mobile accounts, recharges, and sometimes basic phone repairs if we have the tools handy. The shop isn't very large. We have a main counter and a small area in the back for storage. It gets quite loud with the vehicles rushing by on Ring Road, so we usually have to speak up when talking to customers. We’ve been in this F/2 unit for a while now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy to get around to it. It’s a simple setup. We have our logs, our computers, and our tools. My staff and I just focus on getting the work done. We don't use any fancy language or try to act like we are some big corporate office. We are just a local service point on a busy road. Some days are slow, and we just sit and watch the traffic, but other days we don't even have time to eat lunch. That is just how it goes when you run a business like this. We are just glad to be part of the local scene here on Tumkur Road.
