Design Ridge

Our place is in Anand, Gujarat, specifically in the Nilanjali Apartments. We are in unit 406. It’s very close to the Gail Tower, which is how most people find us. Anand is a nice place to live and work. It’s not as chaotic as Ahmedabad but it still has a lot of energy. The apartment we work out of is comfortable. We have a small balcony where we sometimes take breaks. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our computers. We don't have a big staff. It's a small team of people who have been together for a while. We work on a variety of things, mostly focusing on the details that others might miss. There is no corporate ladder here. We all just pitch in where needed. Sometimes we stay late when we have a deadline, ordering food from the place downstairs. The Nilanjali building is well-maintained, which is nice. We have a lot of books on the shelves for when we get stuck on an idea. We don’t really go for those big motivational posters. We just show up and get to it. Most of our clients are local businesses or people from the neighborhood. It feels good to be part of the community here. We aren't looking to become a giant corporation. We just want to keep doing what we’re doing from our little spot near Gail Tower.
