Desert Planners Tourisum

Our office is located inside the West Field Shopping Centre, specifically at Shop No.-1038. It’s a pretty large mall near Sarela Wadi on Ghoddod Road. If you look across the street, you’ll see St. Xeviers School, so that’s a good landmark for finding us. Desert Planners Tourisum isn't a very large team, so when you come in, you’re usually talking to the same one or two people every time. We like the atmosphere here because the shopping center is always full of energy. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us surrounded by computers and files. We spend the day looking at holiday packages and trying to figure out which ones actually make sense for the people who ask us. We don't try to push anything specific; we just show what’s available. Some people come in with a very clear idea of where they want to go, while others are completely lost and just want a break from their routine. We sit down, go through the options, and try to find a middle ground that works. It involves a lot of typing and occasionally waiting on hold for a long time to talk to a hotel manager. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything. We just want to make sure your trip happens without any big problems. It’s a lot of practical work, from checking visa requirements to making sure the flight timings aren't too tight.
