You can find Dayaram General Stores over in Mota Varachha, specifically in the R R Sharma Compound 18. It’s one of those shops where we try to keep a bit of everything on the shelves. We’ve got grains, soaps, biscuits, and all the small things people run out of at home. The compound can get a bit crowded with scooters and people walking by during the day. We’ve been here in Mota Varachha for a good bit of time now. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so we know most of the neighbors who stop in to say hello. Sometimes they just come for a matchbox or a single pen or some candy for the kids. We keep the heavy bags of rice and flour near the front so they’re easy to move. The shelves at Dayaram General Stores are usually packed pretty tight. We don’t have a lot of extra space for fancy things.
