D Tamakuwala And Associates is based in Takshashila Appartment, specifically at unit 501. We are located right at Majura Gate in Surat, across the road from Dayalji Ashram. Being on the fifth floor keeps us a little bit away from the street noise, though you can still hear the horns honking down below. We have been working from this apartment for a long time. It’s not a modern glass office building. It’s an older place with a lot of character. We have our desks set up and the walls are lined with shelves for all our records. We don't use any flashy language to describe what we do. We just sit down and handle the work that our clients bring to us. Most of the people we see have been coming to us for years. They know where we are and they know we don’t make a big fuss about things. Majura Gate is a very central location, so it’s easy for everyone to reach us. We don’t have a big staff, so things stay pretty quiet in the office most of the time. We just focus on the folders and the computer screens. It’s a simple, practical way to spend the work week. We like the stability of being in the same spot for so long. It feels like we are part of the local landscape here. We just keep our heads down and get the job done properly every day.
