D R International (Forceman Water Softener)

Our place is located at D-1436/1437 in the New Bombay Market area of Umarwada. If you’ve ever been to this market, you know it’s a massive place with shops everywhere. We’re right in the thick of it, surrounded by all sorts of businesses. D R International handles the Forceman water softener side of things from here. The shop is usually crowded with tanks, salt bags, and different components we use for the water systems. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes, especially when a big delivery comes in from our suppliers. We don’t have a fancy showroom, just a practical space where we can show people how the stuff works when they come by. Most of our days are spent talking to customers who walk in from the market or answering the phone. It’s loud, busy, and sometimes a bit chaotic, but that’s just life in a big commercial hub like New Bombay Market. We’ve been at this address for a long time, so most of the other shopkeepers around here know us by name. We eat lunch at the small stalls nearby, usually grabbing something quick so we can get back to work. There’s always someone coming in with a question about their hard water, and we just give them the straight answers without any fluff. It’s a hardworking environment, and we really wouldn't have it any other way.
